This is the number you receive while submitting your Aadhaar Enrolment Form at an Aadhaar enrolment camp. However note that your Enrolment Number is different from your Aadhaar Number, which is mentioned prominently below the first barcode. Your Aadhaar Number is a 12-digit number, which is unique across India.

Aadhaar Card status
You can check the Aadhaar Card status with your Aadhaar enrolment Receipt Number online. To check your Aadhaar card status, you need the enrolment number, date and time which is printer in receipt top side. You can find these details on the acknowledgement/resident copy issued at the Aadhaar enrolment camp organized by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Please note that the original word Aadhaar Card has assumed many different spellings/variations over time - Aadhar, Adhar, and often replaced with the word UID.
Indian Postal department is responsible for delivering your Aadhaar card at your door step. India Post provides the following facility for tracking your Aadhaar card dispatch status. to know the status you need to login to their website If the UIDAI website shows your Aadhaar card status as generated or in transit to India Post, you can use the following tracking service to find the delivery status of your Aadhaar card. You would need your enrolment number and enrolment date.
